1. ENROLLMENT AND AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT

Certain purchases made through SelectBasics include enrollment in the SelectBasics VIP Club membership program. Enrollment is mandatory to complete a purchase. By placing an order, actively checking the unchecked VIP Club authorization checkbox presented during checkout, agreeing to the SelectBasics Terms of Service, and completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • This order includes enrollment in the SelectBasics VIP Club membership program;
  • you will receive a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date of your enrolling order;
  • unless you cancel before the end of the introductory period, your payment method will be charged $29.99 on the 28th day after your order, and every 28 days thereafter, until you cancel;
  • you will receive 25% off all products, free shipping on eligible member orders, and access to the deals program at selectbasics.enjoymydeals.com;
  • you may cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee, online, by email, or by phone using the channels described in Section 5 below; and
  • your first charge date and cancellation methods are disclosed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Your active checking of the VIP Club authorization checkbox, agreement to the Terms of Service, and completion of your purchase together constitute your express, informed, and affirmative consent to enroll in the VIP Club membership program and to the recurring charges described in these Subscription Terms.

Orders placed by existing active VIP Club members do not create a new membership enrollment and do not restart the introductory period unless expressly disclosed at checkout.

2. INTRODUCTORY PERIOD

Every member receives a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date of the enrolling order. During the introductory period, you have full access to membership benefits at no cost.

If you cancel before the end of the introductory period, you will not be charged the membership fee. If you do not cancel before the end of the introductory period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership and your payment method on file will be charged $29.99 on day 28.

3. RECURRING BILLING AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Unless cancelled before the end of the introductory period, your membership automatically converts to a paid membership at $29.99 USD on the 28th day after your enrolling order. After the introductory period, your membership renews automatically every 28 days at $29.99 USD until you cancel.

By enrolling in the VIP Club, you authorize SelectBasics and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provided at checkout for the recurring membership fees described above, and to continue to charge that payment method automatically every 28 days until you cancel your membership in accordance with Section 5.

4. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Active VIP Club members receive:

  • 25% off all eligible products at SelectBasics.com;
  • free shipping on eligible future member orders, after your introductory order;
  • access to our private deals program at selectbasics.enjoymydeals.com; and
  • ongoing exclusive offers and member-only promotions.

Benefits are available only while your membership is active. Specific offers, eligibility, discount stacking rules, and product exclusions may change at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any required notice to active members.

5. HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, through any of the following methods:

Cancellation is effective upon receipt of your request and prevents future charges. The online cancellation mechanism will not require unnecessary steps, login creation, or retention flows. Email and phone cancellation requests will be processed the same business day or next business day. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation immediately or within one business day. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

Refund requests for charges already incurred are reviewed separately under Section 6.

6. REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP CHARGES

If you believe you were charged in error, did not intend to enroll in the VIP Club, or experienced an issue you believe entitles you to a refund, please contact us promptly at info@selectbasics.com or by phone at +1 (662) 398-6963. We review all requests individually and may provide refunds where warranted by the circumstances or required by law.

You also retain any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or financial institution.

7. PRICE AND TERM CHANGES

We reserve the right to change the recurring membership price, billing interval, or other material membership terms in the future. Active members will receive advance notice by email at least 30 days before any such change takes effect. The notice will clearly describe the change and the effective date.

You may cancel your membership before the change takes effect to avoid the new terms; and your continued membership after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

We may suspend or terminate your VIP Club membership if:

  • your payment method is declined and we are unable to successfully re-bill within 30 days;
  • you violate our Terms of Service or these Subscription Terms;
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account activity; or
  • we discontinue the VIP Club program.

If we terminate your membership without cause, we will provide reasonable advance notice and may, in our discretion, refund any prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis.

9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By enrolling in the VIP Club, you consent to receive transactional communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, pre-billing notices, billing receipts, cancellation confirmations, and notices of changes to these Subscription Terms. You agree that all such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. RELATIONSHIP TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

These Subscription Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and our Terms of Service regarding the VIP Club, the more specific provisions governing the membership will control.

11. CHANGES TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued membership after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
