1. ENROLLMENT AND AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT

Every order placed at SelectBasics, other than orders placed by existing active VIP Club members, enrolls you in the SelectBasics VIP Club at checkout when you affirmatively consent by checking the dedicated VIP Club Membership Program consent box presented to you on the checkout page. By checking that box, you acknowledge and agree:

  • That this order enrolls you in a paid VIP Club membership program;
  • That your payment method on file will be charged $29.99 on the 28th day after this order, and every 28 days thereafter, until you cancel;
  • That you will receive 25% off all products, free shipping on eligible member orders, and access to the deals program at selectbasics.enjoymydeals.com;
  • That you can cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee, online, by email, or by phone using the channels described in Section 5 below;
  • That you are responsible for tracking your trial-end date and renewal dates, and for canceling before any charge if you do not wish to continue.

Enrollment, the 28-day trial period, the recurring price, the renewal interval, and the cancellation method are clearly and conspicuously disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You provide express, affirmative, informed consent by checking the dedicated VIP Club Membership Program consent box.

Orders placed by existing active VIP Club members do not re-enroll you and do not start a new trial.

If your order is expressly offered as a one-time, non-membership purchase, then these Subscription Terms do not apply to that purchase unless separately and clearly disclosed and affirmatively accepted by you before billing.

2. TRIAL PERIOD

Every member receives a 28-day trial period beginning on the date of the enrolling order. During the trial, you have full access to membership benefits at no cost.

If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged the membership fee.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership and your payment method on file will be charged $29.99 on day 28.

3. RECURRING BILLING AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your membership automatically converts to a paid membership at $29.99 USD on the 28th day after your enrolling order.

After the trial, your membership renews automatically every 28 days at $29.99 USD until you cancel.

By enrolling in the VIP Club, you authorize SelectBasics and its payment processor to:

  • Charge the payment method you provided at checkout (or any other payment method you have on file) for the recurring membership fees described above;
  • Continue to charge that payment method automatically every 28 days until you cancel your membership in accordance with Section 5;
  • Use updated card information submitted by your card issuer or payment-method provider directly to SelectBasics, including pursuant to Visa Account Updater, Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater, or similar services, in order to keep your membership active across card replacements or expirations;
  • Use any alternative payment method you have on file as a default if your primary payment method is declined or becomes invalid.

Charges may appear on your statement under descriptors including SelectBasics.com or another descriptor we disclose at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If a charge is declined or fails, we may attempt to re-bill the same or another payment method on file for up to 30 days. If we are unable to successfully bill your payment method, your membership and member benefits may be suspended or terminated.

4. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Active VIP Club members receive:

  • 25% off all eligible products at SelectBasics.com
  • Free shipping on eligible future member orders, after your introductory order
  • Access to our private deals program at selectbasics.enjoymydeals.com
  • Ongoing exclusive offers and member-only promotions

Benefits are available only while your membership is active. Specific offers, eligibility, discount stacking rules, and product exclusions may change at our sole discretion.

5. HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, through any of the following methods:

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon submission and prevents future renewal charges. Cancelling does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or where we elect to issue a courtesy refund (see Section 6).

You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation. We will not require you to call, speak with a retention agent, or take any additional steps beyond submitting your cancellation through one of the channels above. Online cancellation is available without logging in or creating an account.

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours.

6. REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP CHARGES

If you believe you were charged in error, did not intend to enroll in the VIP Club, or experienced an issue you believe entitles you to a refund, please contact us promptly at info@selectbasics.com or by phone at +1 (662) 398-6963. We review every request individually.

We may, in our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund of a subscription charge as a courtesy or where required by applicable law.

We generally do not issue refunds for membership charges incurred after the trial period if you did not cancel before the applicable billing date, except where required by law. However, we encourage you to contact us — we want our members to feel good about their experience.

You also retain any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or financial institution. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits those rights.

7. PRICE AND TERM CHANGES

We reserve the right to change the recurring membership price, billing interval, or other material membership terms in the future. If we do so:

  • We will provide you advance notice by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect for active members;
  • The notice will clearly describe the change and the date it will take effect;
  • You may cancel your membership before the change takes effect to avoid the new terms; and
  • Your continued membership after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

We may suspend or terminate your VIP Club membership at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • Your payment method is declined and we are unable to successfully re-bill within 30 days;
  • You violate our Terms of Service or these Subscription Terms;
  • We suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account activity;
  • We discontinue the VIP Club program in whole or in part.

If we terminate your membership without cause (for example, because we discontinue the VIP Club program), we will provide reasonable advance notice and may, in our discretion, refund any prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis.

9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By enrolling in the VIP Club, you consent to receive transactional communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, billing receipts (when applicable), cancellation confirmations, and notices of changes to these Subscription Terms. You agree that all such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You acknowledge and agree that SelectBasics is not required to send you advance notice or reminder before each $29.99 renewal charge. The 28-day trial period and the cancellation channels in Section 5 are your opportunity to cancel before billing. Material terms (price, frequency, first-charge date) are disclosed at checkout and in these Subscription Terms.

If you have provided your mobile phone number and opted in to our SMS programs, you may also receive transactional and promotional text messages relating to your membership. You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

10. RELATIONSHIP TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

These Subscription Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By enrolling in the VIP Club, you also agree to our Terms of Service, including the Mandatory Pre-Arbitration Notice and Informal Dispute Resolution procedure (Section 20), the Mandatory Individual Arbitration Agreement (Section 21), and the Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver (Section 22) of those Terms of Service.

In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and our Terms of Service regarding the VIP Club, the more specific provisions governing the membership will control.

Your use of the SelectBasics website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued membership after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your membership before the change takes effect using any of the cancellation methods described in Section 5.
